Why support Northern Lights School?

The spirit of giving is alive and well at Northern Lights School. Each and every gift of time and resources is gratefully received and deeply appreciated. With your gift, you make a difference in the lives of all those who study, work, play, create and dream at our school. Our hope is that everyone who is part of the Northern Lights family – current families, alumni families, grandparents, friends and alumni – will consider a gift to our school. At the core of our development work is the building and nurturing of relationships with individuals, organizations and businesses who share our vision of educational excellence. Our community helps NLS continue to grow vibrantly.

Like every non-profit, Northern Lights School needs the philanthropic support of the people who care about our programs and our school. In general, tuition covers the cost of our faculty and staff payroll. In order to cover operating costs and offer vibrant programs, we rely on gifts from our community. Our Annual Fund allows the Board of Trustees and School Administrator to set tuition at a level that encourages financial diversity. The generosity of your gifts of time and resources makes a significant difference in the lives of our students and teachers enabling us to fulfill our mission.
